How Rachel Got Here
It started with a moment of frustration. Rachel was working in corporate communications at a multinational tech firm in Singapore when she watched brilliant engineers, talented project managers, and innovative thinkers absolutely struggle to present their ideas. They’d freeze. Stammer. Let their anxiety override their expertise. She knew something had to change.
That frustration became fuel. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), then spent three years deepening her understanding of how people communicate under pressure. In 2014, she earned her Toastmasters International Speaker Coach certification — a credential that meant real hours of practice, real feedback, and real commitment to mastering the craft of public speaking.
Since then, Rachel’s worked with thousands of professionals. First-time presenters who’d never spoken in public. Senior executives refining their presence. Teams learning to communicate across cultures in Singapore’s diverse business environment. She’s run workshops across CBD corporations, Raffles Place offices, and Toastmasters chapters island-wide.
What drives her is simple: watching someone find their authentic voice. That moment when nervousness transforms into presence. When someone realizes they don’t need to sound like anyone else — they just need to sound like themselves. That’s why she does this.
